    1. Log on to your account
    2. Go to My Account > Credit account
    3. Click Display refund requests
    4. Click Request a refund
    5. Select the request type (full or partial refund)
    6. Click Confirm refund request

    Note: It will then take up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.

    After the checkout, you will be able to select your payment method:
    - either by credit card (VISA/Mastercard) through our secured payment system
    - or by credit account if you have enough funds to cover the order/invoice amount

    You can find your invoice(s) in your EuroDNS account (menu: My Account > Invoices) and download it as printable PDF document.

  • Click to exand this section Why was my credit card not accepted?

    There can be several reasons. In most cases, the credit card was rejected because:
    - the given CVC code (Card Verification Code) was not valid
    - the credit card has expired
    - the funds were insufficient
    - the IP address you’re paying from is different from the credit card country

  • Click to exand this section How to pay with my credit account

    You can use your credit account only if your order/invoice amount is for less or equal to your funds.

    If so, the system will automatically ask you to choose your payment method between credit card and credit account.

    If you have no enough funds, you can credit your EuroDNS account by making a wire transfer to our bank account below:
    - Bank name: Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat
    - Account number: 1555-4152-6
    - IBAN number: LU54 0019 1555 4152 6000
    - Bank Identification Code: BCEELULL
    Important: please mention your login on the bank transfer in order to identify your EuroDNS account.

    OR (in case you are entitled to use PayPal with us)

    To credit your EuroDNS account with PayPal, please go to

    - credit account
    - click on credit my account
    - select the amount to credit
    - accept the Terms & Conditions
    - click on confirm credit

  • Click to exand this section Can I pay my invoice both with my credit account and credit card?

    Our interface does not allow you to pay an invoice both with a credit account and a credit card at the moment.

    Important: Please mention your login on the payment in order to identify your EuroDNS account.

    Note: You can prepay any amount to your credit account, the funds will be credited entirely. Only bank fees will be on your charge, if applicable.

    - select the amount to credit
    - accept the Terms & Conditions

    We do not deliver invoices by postal mail. All invoices are available in PDF format in your account (menu: My Account > Invoices).

  • Click to exand this section Why is my invoice not in the interface yet?

    Your invoice will be generated after your domain has been successfully registered or the domain transfer has been completed.

    Note: the delay may vary from a TLD to another as additional information and/or signed documents may requested during the registration process.
