In order to create your Open-Xchange Mail package, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in into your Eurodns Control panel
2. Under the menu “EuroDNS Services” click on “Add OX Solution”
3. Select between Starter or Business Mail
4. Select the domain you want to associate to your mail package
5. If you selected the Starter Mail, one email is for free. If you need more mailboxes, you can enter the number of premium mailboxes in the field "Paying:"
If you selected the Business Mail, select the number of packs
6. In order to use your mail package, the MX records of your domain must be updated to “mx.ecloudpanel.com.”. Select the way the DNS Zone of your domain will be updated:
- If you select "update the DNS zone and MX records for me" the DNS Zone will be automatically updated. This is the recommended option if your domain is on eurodns name servers
- If you select "Leave the DNS zone unchanged" you will have to configure the DNS Zone yourself
7. Click on "Proceed"
8. If you selected the Business Mail, you will need to choose the duration in the dropdown menu.
If you don’t have a “Voucher Code” ignore the field and Click on “Proceed to payment” to validate you Open eXchange mail package creation
9. On the next page check the box "I have read and accept EuroDNS terms and conditions" and click on "submit"
In order to create your mailbox, please follow the instructions below:
1. Under the menu “Cloud Panel” click on “Dashboard”
2. Click on the green plus symbol next to the domain name
3. In the Yellow box below, click on “Manage”
4. Under “Configuration and Administration” Click on ”E-mail”
5. Click on “Mailboxes”
6. Click on “Add New Mailbox”
7. Enter the display name of your mailbox in the field "Display name"
8. Check the box "Login in existing domain" and enter the name of the mailbox below
9. Enter and confirm your password
10. Click on "Next"
11. Check the option "Enable Antispam checking" if you want to use the antispam filter. Leave the other options in this screen as they are configured by default.
12. Click on "Next"
13. Specify the parameters for the webmail access and click on "Next"
14. Click on "Finish" to create your mailbox.
You can use your usual Email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) or wireless device (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Palm...) by appointing the following settings:
POP3 Server pop3.ecloudpanel.com
IMAP Server imap.ecloudpanel.com
SMTP Server smtp.ecloudpanel.com
You can use the standard ports or TLS:
POP3: 110
IMAP: 143
SMTP: 25 or 587
