Extra rounds of .ME Auctions at EuroDNS!

CO.NL Sunrise Opening at EuroDNS – Get 10 Years

Amsterdam, 9th February 2009 – EuroDNS is glad to announce the opening of the extended CO.NL Sunrise phase, starting tomorrow at 10:00 am GMT and ending on the 10th March, a great opportunity for all trademark holders to secure their CO.NL domain name. The .CO.NL operator has decided to innovate with an unprecedented Sunrise policy that will allow brand holders to fully benefit from their domain name’s usage. The finalized version of the Sunrise policy states that any registered trademark actively using its .CO.NL domain name will get an automatic renewal for ten years.

Sander Scholten, .CO.NL General Manager, explains “Research has shown that .CO.NL domains attract a lot of traffic from foreign countries such as, among others, the UK, India and Japan. The Sunrise period is a great opportunity for trademarks to capture this traffic while avoiding misuses of their brand.
