5. International Transfers

Depending on the services you use, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area.
Each domain name extension is operated by a single registry, which has exclusive control over that extension. EuroDNS acts as an intermediary and does not control the policies, data protection standards, or jurisdiction applicable to that registry.
By selecting a specific domain extension, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by the relevant registry in accordance with its own rules and applicable laws, which may differ from those in your country of residence and may not provide an equivalent level of protection. EuroDNS cannot guarantee the level of data protection applied by such registries.
If you wish to benefit from a higher level of data protection, you may choose to register a domain name under an extension managed by a registry established within the European Economic Area or with adequate level of data protection (https://commission.europa.eu/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/adequacy-decisions_en).
