Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
Your role
- Abuse & Domain Dispute Management: Managing and responding to abuse reports and legal requests on behalf of a domain registrar entity within the group (EuroDNS S.A.), including phishing, fraud, takedown, domain hijacking, and intellectual property infringements (trademark and copyright); liaise with law enforcement, rights holders, and affected parties to ensure timely resolution in line with legal and policy obligations;
- Debt Collection Support : Assisting in the management and follow-up of outstanding receivables, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders where necessary
- ICANN Compliance: Monitoring and maintaining ICANN compliance across registrar entities within the group, ensuring timely updates of corporate and operational information, accreditation records, and contact details in line with ICANN requirements;
- Intellectual Property Support : Assisting with trademark-related matters, including filings, monitoring, and coordination of registrations.
- Domain Name Recovery & Dispute Resolution : Supporting domain recovery processes, including cease & desist actions and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures.
- Corporate legal support : Assisting with corporate governance matters, including preparation of board and shareholder documentation, updates to by-laws, and support for general meetings.
- Commercial Contracts: Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts across multiple entities within the Namespace group, including customer MSAs, marketing agreements, and product/service terms and conditions; reviewing and amending contracts to ensure compliance, including regulatory annexes such as DORA;
- Legal Content Drafting : Drafting legal blog articles and contributing to legal communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Supplier and Provider Agreements : Reviewing and negotiating agreements with external service providers and vendors.
- Cross-Department Legal Support : Providing legal advice and support to internal teams, including HR, Sales, and Finance, on day-to-day operational matters.
- Legal Monitoring and Watch : Conducting legal monitoring and keeping the business informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting the group.
Your responsibilities
You will work alongside the CLO, who is responsible for all legal matters for all the companies in the group.
Skill requirements
Master’s degree (BAC+5) in law (with a particular focus on IP);
- Good written and spoken English and French, any other language, will be considered an asset;
- Strong communicator with solid drafting and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of MS office products and strong IT skills

Senior Accountant (m/f/d)
Your role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounting of several group companies of different sizes. The position covers the entire accounting cycle – from daily routine transactions to year-end closing and tax returns. Some entities are fully managed in-house from A to Z, while for others you will coordinate and supervise the accounting work performed by external service providers.
Your responsibilities
Accounting and Closing
Manage the complete accounting cycle for several group companies of different sizes
Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounting and general ledger entries
Prepare and post accruals, deferrals, provisions and other closing entries
Perform regular account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Prepare monthly and annual closings
Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and statutory requirements
Independently manage selected entities whose accounting is handled entirely in-house
Coordination of External Accounting
Coordinate, review and supervise the accounting of entities supported by external accounting firms
Act as the main point of contact for external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and other service providers
Reporting and Audits
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management and group reporting purposes
Actively support external audits and provide the required documentation and explanations
Projects and Process Improvement
Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and cross-functional initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting procedures and internal controls
Independently develop and implement practical process improvements
Skill requirements
Technical and Language Skills
Very good Excel skills are essential
Practical experience with accounting software (BOB) is highly desirable
Very good knowledge of both English and French is required
Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage
Qualifications and Professional Experience
Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international or multi-entity environment
Sound knowledge of the full accounting cycle, including daily accounting, monthly and annual closings, financial statements and tax returns, as well as a good working knowledge of LuxGAAP
Ability and willingness to handle both complex accounting matters and regular day-to-day accounting tasks
Experience in managing several entities simultaneously would be a strong advantage
Experience in coordinating external accounting firms or service providers is desirable
