New Payment Provider: Stripe

To make payments faster, more secure, and far more flexible we’ve started rolling out Stripe as our new payment provider
What’s happening?
Starting April 2026, some EuroDNS payments will begin to be processed through a new provider, Stripe. The rollout officially began on 1 April 2026. From that date forward, any new credit card added to your EuroDNS account is processed through Stripe.
Why Stripe?
When you’re trying to register a domain or renew a service, payments should be quick and easy. Our new payment provider, Stripe, brings you ease and security throughout your checkout journey. Stripe is built on a modern payment infrastructure that supports a wider range of payment methods, stronger fraud protection, and a smoother checkout experience overall.
What about existing cards?
If you already have a saved credit card, nothing breaks or stops working. Those payments will continue to be processed with our former provider for now. In mid-April, we’ll begin migrating existing stored cards over to Stripe. This transition will happen progressively and in coordination with our providers.
Will other payment methods still be supported?
Yes, we will continue to offer you a range of possibilities including credit cards and PayPal. In the near future, we are planning to add more options.
What does this mean for you as a client?
No action needs to be taken from your side.
We will work on implementing Stripe, and you can start expecting a smoother payment experience. Your payments continue as usual. Your services stay uninterrupted. Your experience and payment security simply gets better.
