What happens to your current hosting?

We want this transition to be smooth and worry-free.

Here is what you can expect:

• Your current hosting remains active until its expiration date.
• At renewal, if you have automatic renewal enabled, your plan will automatically transition to the equivalent plan on the new infrastructure. You can also choose your plan manually.
• If you do not have automatic renewal enabled, you will have to choose a plan, purchase it, and manually activate it before your expiration date.
• Your website, email, and files will remain preserved when transitioning to a new plan
• In addition to new price points, there are also new hosting time options: 1 month or 12 months. For automatic renewals, the new plan will either be 1 month or 12 months.

Why is EuroDNS upgrading its hosting platform?

Will my website be affected?

Your website will remain online and accessible throughout the transition.

We are handling migrations carefully to minimize disruption, and your files, databases, email accounts, and configurations are preserved.
 

I'm a customer with an old plan, do I need to do anything?

Your hosting plan will continue working until its expiration date. At renewal, if you have automatic renewal enabled, we will automaticallly switch to the closest equivalent plan which you can see above.  You can also choose a plan manually if you prefer.

Clients without automatic renewal will have to manually select a new hosting plan and enable it. 

If you prefer to switch plans earlier, you can do so anytime from your client portal.

Will my price change?

Pricing may change at renewal because the new plans include significantly more resources, improved performance, and modern features compared to legacy hosting.

The increase reflects the upgrade in infrastructure and capabilities rather than a simple price adjustment.

We have designed the new plans to deliver stronger value overall.

Can I keep my current plan?

Your current legacy plan remains active until its expiration date. The last day to order a renewal will be September 1st. 

After that point, all plans will eventually transition to the equivalent new plan, as legacy plans are being phased out as part of the infrastructure modernization.

Can I change to a different plan?

Yes.

You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting tier at any time from your client portal depending on your needs.

This flexibility allows you to choose the best balance of resources and price for your project.

Can I cancel instead of upgrading?

Yes.

If you prefer not to continue with the new hosting plans, you can cancel your hosting subscription before renewal from your client portal.
