.AU domains have arrived!

.AU, the ccTLD for Australia, is now going to be open to registration as a direct domain name. Learn more about its special registration conditions below!

.AU direct domain names will launch on 24 March.

.AU is the country code for Australia. It is open to registration for individuals or businesses registered in Australia for at least two years.

Register .AU domain

Grandfathering period

Registrants of existing 3rd level .AU domains will benefit from priority registration from 24 March until 20 September 2022. .AU domain registrants can apply for their matching.AU domain, which is reserved and not available for general registration.

E.g. If you are the registrant of mybusiness.com.au, you will have six months to apply for mybusiness.au.
